TUB RING Announces Album Title
October 25, 2006Chicago's spazzed-out, high-energy rock ensemble TUB RING has set "The Great Filter" as the title of its debut album for The End Records, due out sometime in early 2007. The CD, co-produced by keyboardist Rob Kleiner and Neal Ostrovsky, is being recorded at B-Side Audio studios in Chicago.
About the recording of the new album, Kleiner comments, “There were over 30 songs written for this album, but we're only going to put the most important 13 on the record. It's going to be just as eclectic as ever, with a thick and layered production. We want to make a big impression with this record because now being with The End Records our music will become exposed to a whole new audience.”
TUB RING plays a one-off show this Saturday, October 28, 2006 at Club Bijou in Toledo, Ohio with MINDLESS SELF INDULGENCE.
